(CROSS-BORDER COOPERATION), The Common Fund Of the Small
Projects for Romanian – Bulgarian Cross-border Cooperation
RO2004/016-784.01.04 the project "Training of the Business
Environment in Dolj – Romania and Vidin – Bulgaria for the Unique
Extended Market; Cross-border Challenges and Opportunities".

Overall objectives of the project:
- The economic development and intensification co-operation between the business communities from Dolj County and Vidin District;
- The growing of the level of the public consciousness in the aimed cross-border region regarding co-operation and European integration;
- Studies of development and cross-border regional planning.
