Objectives
The main objectives of the project are:
- The economic development and improvement of co-operation between business communities from Dolj and Vidin zone, having the view common economic development, inclusive of the tourism.
- Studies of development and planning for identifying of economic potential of both region and the possibilities of cross-border co-operation in business, technological transfer.
The specific objectives of the project are:
- The improvement of cross-border co-operation by creating of a Romanian - Bulgarian network for rural economic and agricultural-tourism development.
- The growing of the level of the public consciousness in the field of cross-border co-operation and growing of the informing grade concerning European legislation for following fields: agriculture, tourism, medium protection, legislative instruments that are facilitating the cross-border co-operation (convention, agreements, contracts) and European integration process.
- Measures for tourism and rural development; promotion of investments in the rural zone.
- The medium protection through consciousness of the economic agents, agricultural associates and farmers regarding the necessity to practice of the ecological technologies, as well as of the tourism agencies and the public for the initiating and development of the ecological tourism.
- The improvement of co-operation between Romanian and Bulgarian institutions, organisations and associations, that have the activities in the field that referred by project through establishment of a regional partnership, that to assure uniform economic development to level of cross-border region for decrease the different between rural and urban zones.
- Education and professional training in the fields: agriculture, food industry, tourism and medium protection.
